I’m Shashi Jain, a Soft Skills Trainer, Image Consultant, Life Coach, and Motivational Speaker with over 17 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry. My educational journey includes a degree in Accountancy from Sivanath Sastri College, University of Calcutta, and advanced certifications such as the “FELLOWSHIP” (FIII) from the Insurance Institute of India, which I pursued at the age of 45. I also hold a TTT certification from the Image Consulting Business Institute, proving that there’s no age limit to learning and upskilling.

I’ve been honoured globally, receiving the title of “Exceptional Women of Excellence” at the Women Economic Forum and being featured in the book Magical 40 @ 40, which celebrates women who have turned challenges into opportunities. I've also been recognized as a “Wonder Woman” by BNI and a “Change Maker” by Career After Family Enterprise, along with numerous accolades from JITO, the ARMY WIVES WELFARE ASSOCIATION, and various NGOs.

As a motivational speaker, I’ve facilitated over 3000 hours of training, focusing on skills like effective communication, body language, etiquette, and fostering a positive attitude. My passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve personal, professional, and social growth. As the Chief Secretary of JITO Ladies Wing Kolkata, I contribute to the upliftment of women and actively mentor teachers in remote villages through the NGO Parichay – Ek Pehchan.
